Treadset

 

Inspired by reggae dub and particularly dub techno artists like Rhythm & Sound and Blueprint.

I've always wanted to join the ranks of hiss-filled, minimal dub vibes with rastafarian vocal samples but the main hurdle was the vocals.  I stumbled across a source that gave me the opportunity to do so, hence the project came about.  What was first more of an experiment and demo of a modular sample unit on YouTube and Facebook, based on the hyped feedback I decided to move forward with a project.
